When will My Fundraising Place be available?
Currently My Fundraising Place is available only to fundraising companies that carry Butter Braid® pastries. You can join our waitlist to be notified when our software becomes publicly available.
Which edition should I choose?
Professional edition is a great option for mid-sized fundraising companies if you're looking to increase the value of your customer interactions, manage your inventory, or sell your fundraising products online. If you operate out of multiple warehouses, we suggest Enterprise Edition.
Do I need to purchase onboarding services?
There is a mandatory one-time onboarding fee of $2,500 for implementation and on-site training. This helps ensure your system is set up to match your business processes and reduces the need for ongoing support.
How many users can I create?
You can create as many users as you want! That's right, you never pay based on the number of users in your company. We want to grow with you, so we don't believe in penalizing you for your growth!
Can I change plans at any time?
Of course! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time you want. Simply contact customer support.
What is FR Pilot?
FR Pilot is the former name of My Fundraising Place. During 2019 the name FR Pilot will be phased out and the entire platform will be re-branded as My Fundraising Place.
